Course Description

Galley Management is a non-credit Marine course designed to further develop the necessary skills to manage an onboard Galley Department, as well as enhance the culinary skills required to deliver safe, nutritious, culturally conscious, and high-quality meals to vessel personnel.

Prerequisites

Students must be a minimum age 16; have a Candidate Document Number (CDN); and have a Marine Medical or Georgian College fitness report
