Course Description
In the final module in this series, participants create a personal plan for sustainable, ongoing action in the workplace, to foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging. Further strategies are explored for engaging in courageous conversations, acting in alignment with equity-oriented values, and committing to allyship efforts across socio-cultural identities. Participants are encouraged to develop short-term and long-term strategies to support their own growth as allies and expand their capacity for being comfortable with being uncomfortable. Each of us has a part to play in creating lasting transformative change in the workplace and beyond. This is the final module that makes up the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Series Micro-certificate. Modules must be completed in sequential order, as each module builds on the skills in the previous module.Prerequisites
