Course Description

In this module, students explore teaching and training methods used to facilitate the needs of diverse learners and provide appropriate learning opportunities for adult learners in the classroom or workplace. Through micro-teaching demonstrations, students identify and apply several different teaching and training methods to help adult learners meet learning objectives.
